The NEW Natures Instincts AutoShip program makes it even more convenient for you to receive uninterrupted health benefits -- plus it saves you time and money!

 

1. What is the EasyShip program?

The AutoShip program conveniently bills and sends you the quantity of products you sign for at the frequency you choose and then bills the credit card you have used to sign up for. You are only billed once your product is shipped so you never pay for anything you don't want.

2. Who Can Use the EasyShip program?

The AutoShip program is currently only available to orders shipped to the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. What are the benefits of the EasyShip program?

  1. Get free normal shipping on all of your AutoShip products.

  2. The program will automatically calculate when you are due to receive a free product based on our Buy 2 Get 1 FREE on going customer loyalty offer.

  3. There is no fee or minimum time commitment to join the EasyShip program.

  4. You may cancel anytime.

4. How does the free shipping discount work?

When a customer signs up for the AutoShip program, they automatically receive free normal shipping on all their AutoShip products. That's a savings of $5.99 to $10.99 PER ORDER.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Please select ONLY normal shipping (no expedited or priority methods) for the AutoShip program, as we only offer free shipping for this method.

2. If you cancel prior to receiving your first AutoShip shipment (either 30 days or 60 days out depending on the frequency you selected), the original shipping price will be billed to you, using your original payment method. The shipping price billed will be in accordance with our current shipping rates

5. Is there a minimum order or commitment to join the AutoShip program?

No, there is no minimum order or commitment to join.

However, if you cancel prior to receiving your first AutoShip shipment (either 30 days or 60 days out depending on the frequency you selected), the original shipping price will be billed to you, using your original payment method. The shipping price billed will be in accordance with our current shipping rates

6. Do I have to pay a fee to join the AutoShip program?

No, join the convenience program at any time at no cost.

7. How do I join the EasyShip program?

Simply select the AutoShip button on the previous page to add the product of your choice to the cart. It will be shipped to you in the quantity and at the frequency you need.

8. What happens if the product on my AutoShip is on backorder?

We try our best to ensure that our fulfillment center is always stocked so this should not occur. If your product is on backorder our AutoShip customers receive priority. Your order will be shipped as soon as it's available to ensure uninterrupted dosage and benefits.

9. What if I need to cancel the AutoShip program?

You can opt out of the AutoShip program at any time. Simply contact customer service by phone or email and cancel your customer information email us. Your request must be received 5-7 business days before your next scheduled shipment date. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel prior to receiving your first AutoShip shipment (either 30 days or 60 days out depending on the frequency you selected), the original shipping price will be billed to you, using your original payment method. 10. How will I be billed?

Each shipment will be charged to the form of payment used to pay for your initial order. The charge will occur when the product ships.

11. How do I update my billing and address information?

To update your billing or shipping address information, simply call customer service and cancel by phone or email us with your customer information at email us. Your request must be received 5-7 business days before your next scheduled shipment date.

12. Can I add or delete a product from my AutoShip order?

Yes, you can add or delete a product to your AutoShip order, simply call customer service and cancel by phone or email us with your customer information at email us. Your request must be received 5-7 business days before your next scheduled shipment date.

13. What products are available for the AutoShip program?

The following products are available for EasyShip:

  • Stemulite for Men PM

  • Stemulite for Women PM
  • Stemulite for Women AM

14. Why was my order cancelled?

A cancelled order indicates a problem processing your payment. If your credit card is declined on the first billing attempt, Natures Instincts will process the transaction again three days later, and again six days after the initial attempt (maximum attempts allowed by the system). If the card is declined on the third attempt, you will receive a notification email stating cancellation of your order.

To update your account with a different credit card, you may log-in to your Natures Instincts account and enter valid billing information, or contact customer service by calling (888) 281-8865. Be sure to have your order number ready before speaking to a representative.
